As a Home Health Director of Nursing with LHC Group, you will plan, organize, initiate, implement and evaluate the patient care delivery system and meet specific physician orders for patients. You will ensure patients are appropriate and continue to be appropriate for home health care. You will orient, educate, supervise, coordinate and evaluate patient care staff about patient care and efficiency, and serve as a liaison between staff and management. You will also monitor all the financial, operational and patient data needed to keep your branch operating at peak efficiency, such as staffing levels, patient supply needs and insurance claim/reimbursement processes.

Job Requirements

• Managing RN Team Leaders and your agencys Branch Manager as needed
• Increasing or decreasing staffing levels as needed
• Reviewing pre-billing for accuracy, performing other billing duties
• Organizing and reviewing budget/financial data
• Meeting with therapists to discuss patient cases
• Conducting meetings and reviewing patient care reports with Medical Directors and physicians
• Meeting once a week with State Operations Director to touch base on overall home health agency data
• Holding weekly staff conferences to go over work performance and specific patient cases

 Requirements

• Associates degree in Nursing, Bachelors degree preferred
• Combined 3 years experience providing home health nursing care and working in a home health agency office
• Current drivers license and vehicle insurance, ability to travel as needed
• Being dedicated to customer service
• Having computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, ExCel
• Being comfortable reviewing and working with financial data
• Joint commission, state and federal regulation knowledge highly preferred
• Additional background in accounting, business, healthcare management and/or finance preferred
• Leadership experience required

Our client is looking to add a 3 .Net Developers to their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for juggling multiple development efforts at once. Our client runs a release schedule of 2-3 weeks and developers are asked to rotate between new development and modifying existing applications. Any developers who have had experience working in an Agile or Waterfall development environment would do well in this role. Our client works in a Microsoft development environment and all development is done in a web environment. Our client is using; .Net 4.0, C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, XML, AJAX, SQL 2005/2008, WCF, and Web Services to name a few. Our client also uses multiple large 3rd party applications (ERP & CRM systems) that are integrated into their development platform, so prior integration experience with 3rd party applications are important.

CGI is looking for Advantage Procurement Subject Matter Experts for full-time roles within our Advantage ERP solutions group.

The candidate will be responsible for implementing CGI Advantage Procurement including Vendor Self Service (vendor portal) components of a statewide ERP system within the public sector. Activities will include business process analysis, systems design, testing, production implementation, and post-implementation support throughout the full systems development life cycle (SDLC). Other responsibilities include supporting the procurement implementation team with both industry and CGI Advantage Procurement application knowledge.

Positions can be located anywhere in the continental United States and requires 90% travel. Prior Advantage ERP experience required.

A successful candidate will work closely with clients and co-workers to document business processes/requirements, recommend process improvements, document processes within the new system, design system enhancements where necessary, and review/create/execute test scripts. A successful candidate will need to have a strong working knowledge of public sector purchasing best practices and how to implement those within the CGI Advantage Procurement solution.

Functional Subject Matter Experts are responsible for some of the following tasks:

Provide domain expertise as a subject matter expert within the public sector as it relates to best practices for procurement

Provide functional expertise as a subject matter expert as it relates to implementing CGI Advantage Procurement

Lead/participate in sessions to review and document existing business processes and requirements

Assess requirements vs. baseline system offerings to indentify and document fits versus gaps within the new application

Recommend business processes improvements that minimize potential application changes

Define new business processes and procedures within the context of the new application software

Develop system enhancement design documents to meet established business requirements

Provide functional support to technical analysts and developers working in conversion, interface, and reporting areas

Work with end users to refine business practices to ensure alignment with application processing

Develop/maintain test plans, conduct system testing, and document results

Provide status reports to project managers and monitor the timely completion of scheduled tasks

Provide user support and deliver user documentation

Essential Skills Required:

3-5 years experience in systems design and implementation

In-depth Public Sector procurement experience / background

In-depth experience with CGI Advantage Procurement application

Strong analytical, design, test, and implementation skills

Ability to work effectively within a team environment under tight timelines

Self-motivation, intelligence, and curiosity are key qualities

Ability to Travel or relocate to client site as needed.

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools

Experience testing and debugging applications issues

Experience working with application development teams

Experience as a team lead

Experience working in a global delivery model.

Candidates should be able to working independently and within a team environment. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical and organizational skills are critical. A proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (or equivalent packages) are a must. Individual must have a strong background in requirements analysis, business process development, systems design, and system testing.
