Job Description

The Office Manager supervises the day-to-day operations of an office of a multi-office engineering firm, including oversight of the office physical resources, supporting regional business development initiatives, scheduling and coordination of personnel and workload delegation. The Office Manager promotes a positive image of the firm within the community; upholds the firms high standards for engineering design and promotes the firms policies, practices and philosophies.  Requirements
The Office Manager possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying or related field and 10+ years related professional experience in his/her specific discipline. The Office Manager has a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role overseeing design staff. A Professional license or related certification in the appropriate state is required. The Office Manager has experience with the design/technical aspects of civil engineering projects, experience in business development and experience with project presentations and meeting facilitation. Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with Deltek Vision software preferred. We seek a client-focused leader and team player possessing excellent marketing, client relation, interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills. This position requires travel to job sites, meetings, and occasional travel to other HRG offices. The Office Manager has the legal right to work in the U.S.
