ISSR-Information Systems Security

Job Classification: Contract

Our Client, a large government integrator, is looking for an Information System Security Representative (ISSR) to support the ISSM at a government facility in north central West Virginia.

On a day-to-day basis, this individual will assist the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) in ensuring that security officers are following customer and Federal information assurance policies and guidelines for securing information systems. The candidate will also Support certification activities throughout the C&A process Initiate protective and corrective measures when a security incident or vulnerability is discovered along with monitoring system recovery processes and ensure the proper restoration of an IS security features.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have a minimum of 3 years of Information System Security experience, experience with NIST, FISMA and C & A and have an active Top Secret Clearance. One of the following Certifications is a must; CISSP, CISM, CAP or GSLC.

This Contract is scheduled through June of 2016. Since this is an immediate opening, candidates must be able to interview within 24-48 hours. We are unable to provide relocation expenses.
