Oil Movements Supervisor
Petroleum refinery, based in Newell, WV, seeks an Oil
Movements Supervisor. Applicants must be a minimum of
18 years of age, possess a college degree or equivalent
experience, possess a valid drivers license and be legally
able to work in the United States. We are a drug free
workplace and background checks are required for employment.
The position offers a competitive benefits package.
The ideal candidate would have 5-10 years of experience in
refinery, terminal or logistic operations and at least 3 years
of supervisory experience. A working knowledge of
transportation systems including truck, rail and barge
operations is desired. Candidate will manage inventory
control systems, perform long range inventory planning,
ensure day to day operations including storage,
transferring, blending and loading of products and plan and
coordinate tank outages for inspection and maintenance.
Compliance experience with DOT, U.S.C.G., WVDEP, EPA
and OSHA regulations is desired.
Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced
environment, be a self-motivated person with strong
leadership and organization skills. Some travel may be
required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
and a high proficiency in technical software and Microsoft
products are essential.
