TROY Group, Inc., a worldwide leader in Security Printing Solutions and a Hewlett Packard Platinum Partner, has an immediate opening for aINSIDE CHANNEL SERVICE AGENTPrimary Duties Include: Handles in- bound calls from authorized channel partners. Answers order status questions. Assists channel sales with product demonstrations, quoting, and closing sales opportunities. Actively seeks to up-sell to higher level products and to add other TROY products to the order- printers, software, toner, paper, maintenance services. Assist Outside Sales Managers in achieving assigned sales quota. Providesmentoring to lower-level channel services reps. Assists supervisoring the development of the account plans in accordance with quota expectations and other objective metrics. Maintains and updates customer files in the CRM. Master TROY order processing system regarding all aspects of order entry, order inquiry, customer, customer cross-reference, and any other functions necessary to perform daily tasks including Smart Connect and Axapta. Daily running of reports to analyze open and closed orders and advise customers accordingly
Requirements Include: Background Check, Drug Test. HS Diploma or GED, Associates Degree, 2 years sales experience in B to B technical and solutions sales, Strong PC and electronic peripherals knowledge. Foreign language skills preferred but not necessary.
