- 2+ years of success in retail automotive sales and operations management, which includes supervision.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including direct repair experience with diagnostics, general repairs, and maintenance.
- Strong communication, selling and customer service skills.
- Great organizational skills andcan effectively supervise and manage the work of others.
- Solid computer skills.
- Motivation and who can work independently
- The ability to work a flexible retail store hours schedule and Saturdays.
- A valid drivers license.
- ASE Certifications are a plus!
