Our mission is quite simply to improve the health of those we serve.As a Behavioral Health Care Manager your responsibilities include medical necessity determination for behavioral health services for the WV Medicaid population. Strong customer service skills are necessary to provide training assistance and consultation to providers. The candidate will utilize clinical knowledge and practice guidelines to make medically necessary decisions.Education:Masters Degree from accredited facility and an active WV Masters level clinical license (LGSW, LCSW, LICSW or LPC) in good standing with the respective Board.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years work experience in a behavioral health setting; one of the years must have been providing direct service.Medicaid/Public Sector and/or Utilization Management experience is preferred.Ability to utilize Microsoft software and web applications with multiple screens.
