Revenue CyclePatientMatters, LLC is a leading resource partner to hospitals in the health and eligibility industry. We are in need of a full-time experienced RevenueCycle professional in the Wheeling,WV area.

This position will be responsible for:
*Managing healthcare receivables
*Improving the outcomes of the patients financial obligation
*Business partnering on-site/with hospital
*Implementing & managing an effective on site model, increasing cash from patient financial responsibilities while decreasing provider costs and improving healthcare receivables for client hospitals
*Experience in standard processes as it relates to Medicaid Eligibility, Insurance Verification, Patient estimates, collection of prior patient balances, point of service, medical necessity, referrals, prior authorizations, accuracy of insurance payer, avoidable front-end denials, financial counseling
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, time management & organization skills necessary
*Superior analytical and problem solving skills
*Strong hospital financial, business office & revenue cycle experience
*Bachelors Degree required with emphasis in Healthcare, hospital administration or financial analysis
*5 to 7 years of progressive experience as a leader or member of a revenue cycle transformation effort where key functions were reviewed/ analyzed for 200 bed hospital
*Active NAHAM and or HFMA membership.
